Travis has spent so much time with me. His professionalism and patience have made my learning curve a pleasure! I changed from YEARS (22+ years) of android to an IPhone. There is a lot to learn and I have made so much progress.
I am not one to embrace change!
We have another session planned and he has graciously offered to “ text me”… and I’m always available.”

With 0 incentive, our guy Brandon takes the time to sit down with us, and write out each of our options and what it would cost us. 5/24: I absolutely hate this place and I'm going to get out of the contract as soon as I can. Make sure you go over your bill with a fine tooth comb because they are going to steal from you. Didn't you know Verizon is in the middle of a huge lawsuit because they owe like everybody in America a bunch of money!!! Definitely go somewhere else. The service isn't even all that good!!! Honestly, save yourself a huge headache!Let me tell you that I just had the BEST experience I've ever had with the customer service at this particular store. If you need any assistance with your cellular needs then definitely go see Juan! He is soooo polite, so very patient, so nice & so knowledgeable (and cute too!). In addition to all that, the store is so clean & spotless. My mom & I were there for quite some when we went and we both agreed that THIS Verizon is, simply put, the best!!!!!
