Matt, Bella, and all the staff here actually do their due diligence for your vehicle needs and provide professional service. The mechanics are fast efficient and honest when regarding any fixes. I will continue to patronize this business and refer clients to them for auto mechanic jobs big or small. I will make another positive review. Recognition is due to this staff. They have great connections and also, ask about their network, they don't play at all. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH AND THEN SOME. The professionalism here is incomparable.

I had been here in the past and had a somewhat disagreeable experience. However I gave them another shot and this time it was perfection. Service was exceptional, staff was friendly, immediate intake and more than fair pricing. I will be returning. Thank you!

Always have a great experience. Had another place work in the car and ended up with a fuel line leak. Took it in to Mavis and they made sure it was fixed properly

I had my car towed here after my serpentine belt broke in the middle of the intersection at Robert Smalls Parkway in front of Walmart. Where my car sat for over five days. Every time I would call they were either too busy at the moment, were “just about” to look at it or they were waiting on the belt to be delivered, per Matt. Then I receive a call from Matt telling me it was more than the belt and they “didn't know” what was wrong with it, so they needed to look further in to why it wouldn’t even start. Mind you, after a week, at this point I was fed up. I had it towed elsewhere and guess what? It was just the belt and it was repaired and returned to me within the same day!!!! Do Not Come Here!!
