Extremely disappointed, no communication, nothing but excuses! Made a 9:30AM appointment showed up at 9:20 AM for oil change, tire rotation and alignment told them I was going to wait. At 11 o'clock is still not brought back I was told this process was going to take an hour and a half. No one communicated that they were behind schedule. I will never return for any services at this Toyota dealership if they can't keep a schedule and communicate to their clientele, what is happening in their service department, they don't belong being in business.

Dev in the service department was awesome. Great sense of humor and went out of his way to help me. He made my whole experience and I can’t thank him enough. Thanks for all your help and yes you can take my Tundra fishing.

My whole experience has been a nightmare to say the least. Never again will I buy a Toyota at least from this dealership. They didn't even try to make my experience a satisfied one. Took advantage and pushed the finance lady was rude as all get out but I haven't even had my car a year and I need four new tires
And this is not a bash on the service department by any means.... The gentleman and young lady were very helpful and apologetic but at the same time to get four new tires from them over 600.00 and that's a deal they said.
I did however speak to two gentlemen and I cannot find their cards when was an older gentleman and one was the guy between the service department and the dealership there's two gentlemen very nice and listened to me and also very apologetic for my experience I enjoyed talking to them.

Went to Beaufort location for a 2:30 appt for a scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. I provided advisor Jose, a coupon for oil change and was advised after checking in vehicle that it would be about an hr and a half wait. Finally vehicle was completed and I paid for services. After reviewing receipt, the coupon wasn’t applied and the normal inspection sheet wasn’t provided. I’ve read poor reviews about this location but never had an issue until today. I’ll travel to Bluffton for future service on my vehicle.

I've just moved to Beaufort so took my Prius here for a 90,000 mile check. On the plus side: It was easy to get an appointment just a couple days in advance. I was seen promptly and the service was performed in a timely way. Dev was my service technician and he was fantastic! Personable, professional, and very helpful. I was not pressured to get additional services and there was no charge for the services I did get. These are all very positive things! On the not-so-good side, the waiting room was the worst I've experienced at any dealership. "Coffee and water" were there, but coffee supplies were low. No snacks are available. The area is small and seating is such that social distancing is not possible. No tables for laptop work while you're waiting, just chairs. There is a mounted TV that was playing HGTV at a high volume and there was no way to adjust the channel or the sound level. I did ask the young woman at the payment window if the channel could be changed (She was borderline sullen. Would it kill her to smile?) She told me that customers are only allowed to watch 4 channels: HGTV, kids, sports, and another channel I can't remember but not very unappealing. She said the Today Show and all other channels are not allowed because they might create "conflict" with customers. What?? Needless to say, the hour and a half I waited for my car seemed much longer. So a mixed bag: Good service but poor amenities while you wait.

Everyone was quiet and was fast compared to the city life in Miami. Everyone in there was nice. Will be coming here when I visit.

I drove cross country and brought my car in for service. They just changed the oil, and charged me for a lot more... never going back to this dealership. very disappointed.

I went to the dealership today to have my car serviced. My service manager was Nick. I was a little early for my appointment, but he put the car in for service and within an hour it was completed . He came out advised what was done and what would be needed in the future and I was in and out in no time. This is my second time at this dealership I bought my car there a year ago. I have had service on my car this past year at Honda. I was not pleased at the Honda dealer and I decided to go to the Toyota dealership. Thank you again Nick you are a great service manager, polite, kind, and very helpful. I’ll be back for service again. Sharon Terantino

Brought my 1993 mr2 turbo here they all loved it. They kept me up to date the entire time I was there and checked up on me often. They have complimentary k cup coffee and water for you. Will definitely go back.

Do not buy the Highlander as the wheels are chrome plated plastic. The wheels get damaged easily in a car wash and get damaged easily if you accidentally scrape a curb. They cannot be repaired and a new wheel is about $6-$700 dollars to replace .Steer clear of this purchase. Toyota has received complaints and refuse to assist with a discount. or replacement.Stokes also won't give you a discount off of list to purchase new wheels either! I haven't ever had a situation on a car purchase with such poor design of a wheel.The dealer will not even assist with a discount.I guess they want to lose a customer.
