Anthony pirozzi made everything easer for me to purchase my car. He is the greatest sales person I’ve ever work with. If you ever decide to buy a car from Beaufort Honda ask for him.

************Buyers BE Aware!!!******************
We called the dealership today and asked about a specific vehicle and if it was available. Joe said it was. We explained we were an hour and a half away and were headed straight there.. Joe said he had the key and would hold it! We pulled up after our drive and the car drove in and they were showing it to another customer!!! This is not only bad business but we were going to purchase it for our young son who was very disappointed ! Honda should do better! If you ask me they are only out for themselves and to make a sale!! I should have read the reviews as it looks like this has happened from this dealership before! Lesson learned! Don’t shop here!

Bought a 2019 Honda Fit in October 2022. In December 2023, I had to get all 4 tires replaced. The next day I went to drive my car and noticed a hub cap on my rear tire was completely gone. I went to Stokes Honda the next day and asked what they could do for me, as I just paid $600 for new tires and now I have a hub cap needing replaced. They asked me where I got my hubcaps from... like what do you mean? Those are the same hubcaps that came on the car when you sold it to me last year! They said the hubcaps were not Honda made and they would reach out to me later. They did NOT reach back to me. As far as I know, they didn't hold the mechanic responsible for failing to secure the hubcap after replacing the tire. I know the mechanic did not do something right, because these hubcaps were secure on my tires since October 2022 when I bought it and now after a tire replacement one of them is gone. I am disappointed that I was given no answer. I sure hope I don't have to pay for new hubcaps after an error someone else made.

We need to thank Zach for listening to our needs and displeasure about having to buy another car. He didn't waste our time, he pushed for us to get the deal we wanted. Were so happy he helped us get our first Toyota. Thank you Zach!

This dealership used a thing called bait and switch to get us to come to their dealership. I live more than 2 hours away and found a car listed at their dealership, I went through and was told I was approved to purchase it. I continued to text back and forth with Anthony and set up an appointment to drive the car with full intentions of purchasing it. By the way it was a great deal. We were driving and realized that we would be a bit late so again texted Anthony to let him know and was told no problem. I got to the dealership and asked to see the car at which time I was told that it was not available because it would not pass inspection and they wouldn't be selling it. Then said but please sit down and I can sell you a new car. When I pulled up to the dealership I looked at my daughter and said they are going to tell me either they just sold the car or it won't be available. I have had this happen before at used car dealers to get people to come in. But NEVER would I have thought a Honda dealership would have stooped to such a low tactic. I had texted Anthony back and forth for 4 days and drove for over 2 hours to be taken a fool by a Honda dealership. If you see something listed at this dealership that is a great deal don't believe it. I will be sending in a report to BBB and to Honda to report this. I guess it's buyer beware even at big businesses.

News flash....a dealership can lose their dealership license for selling a car without an airbag. I took this vehicle to another certified Honda dealership for a full evaluation to prove that this car is unsatisfactory, completely unsafe, and for my own knowledge. I needed to hear it from someone willing to help me. I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't sell and no help whatsoever from the Stokes Honda. According to Stokes Honda, everything passed inspection. Another certified dealership states this car should have gone to auction or been totaled. I'm completely disgusted and appalled. Don't call and ask to speak to the owner. JJ Stokes, he won't call you back either. As I called back to discuss these issues with Daniel Hodges. He stated there is an air bag according to my pictures. I confirmed with the other certified dealership. There isn't an air bag. Then, Daniel stated they would be willing replace the air bag. "why would you replace an air bag if you're telling yourself there is an air bag in the car?" As a single mom and having traveled with my young daughter in this vehicle, if we would have been in any kind of accident. We'd both be dead. I will say this if any of these guys were to walk into a hospital for a procedure to have their gallbladder removed and they removed their testicles instead. I damn sure think they would want compensation for medical malpractice. I have contacted Stokes Honda of Beaufort multiple time after I purchased the vehicle, and still they either won't return my phone call or email. I think it's only fair to bring the car up to safety standards, and they won't even attempt that. I don't know where to start. I purchased a vehicle from Stokes that was advertised on their website. I made an appointment to come look at the vehicle. When I arrived, they tried to show me a different vehicle. Then, they couldn't locate the correct vehicle. When they located the correct vehicle, they had to pick it up from Stokes Toyota. Long story short, I needed a reliable vehicle as a single mom and don't know much about cars, just like a dealership couldn't do my job if they walked into my work environment. This is by far the absolute worst vehicle I have ever purchased. Shame on Stokes Honda for selling a vehicle in such poor unsatisfactory condition. 1)The steering wheel has no air bag, the vehicle was in a previous accident, and the air bag was cut out and stuffed back in. 2)The front bumper was zip tied on. It actually fell off completely on Bluffton Parkway ( thank god no one was injured). I took the bumper to Stokes Honda to have them replace it. Spoke to the manager at the time. He offered to have it fixed by zip tying it back on with a car doctor they use for repairs. 3)The heat didn't work. I didn't find that out until it was cold, and I had to make a long trip. 4) The radiator had a leak it. It was clogged and needed to be flushed 5)No lining underneath the vehicle 6)No bumper supports, no air bag sensor on the front bumper. 7) The rear passenger seat belt buckles were missing/broken. They were nice enough to order the part and fix it. While I waited, I asked to speak to the manager Daniel Hodges about all my concerns and, more importantly, my safety and my daughters safety. I made a proposition for him to purchase the vehicle from me. Of course, I get a low ball response. I was even willing to lose a little money on it. He suggested I place the car up for sale, needless to say, Stokes made their money already, the don't care about integrity, all they care about is selling cars and how many they can sell in a day. Unless you know someone. I'm sure close friends and family get substantial discounts. I also requested a copy of the safety inspection. According to the safety inspection, everything passed. Quote from Daniel Hodges, " he would have never allowed the vehicle to leave the lot in this state." Again, who am I, just someone stuck with a vehicle, paying way too much for it, and can
