My very first time going to SafeHand discount tire and met CY... that's his name. What a wonderful place to do business the price was extremely good. They went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was fixed correctly. The tire prices were better than any place else. But the best thing was, is it employees without being told replace the lug nut did it went bad for free. What a great place highly recommend doing business here.

We were fortunate to have a very nice tire serviceman from another unnamed store to RECCOMMEND Safehands Discount Tires to us. We were traveling from VA. Had a flat & needed to buy 4 new tires that matched. We arrive at Safehands at 5:35 pm. They put on 4 new tires and service the tires and we were back on the Road at 6:10pm. The owner & HIS Staff were excellent to deal with. They treated us with RESPECT and gave us the Military Discount. We are EXTREMELYPLEASE WITH THEIR QUICK, CURTIOUS & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! THANK YOU SAFEHANDS!

If I could give zero stars I would. First off I was the only one there when I pulled in. But for some odd reason I’m the last to get serviced after everyone started showing up that came after me. Then as I’m sitting outside looking at them I decided to ask what’s taking so long and they all looked at me as if I was speaking another language and continued to eat. Then one of the employees told me to just wait in the office. After an hour of waiting they try to give me this bald tire. They just need to bring back the people who originally started this company because these new employees they have now will definitely be the cause of them losing loyal customers.

I needed a tire 3 hours from home on Labor Day. Not only were they open on a holiday for emergencies, they had my odd sized tire that no one else had. They were super friendly, SUPER FAST, and at a great price. I couldn’t be more happy with the service today, and I’m grateful they were open. And it seems like the owner really treats the staff well especially on holidays.
