They are very helpful and kind, even when I mess up everything and have them looking all over the place for a Rx that I already picked up! They know me by name, they have no problem answering all my crazy questions (at least that's what I think), and they have some of the best people working there.

You dont need the card to receive the discount. We hate when we have to register for the card every time we travel. Thats a plus. The place is very big and neat. Seems that we get what we want the same brand. No argument here!

Deli counter is a total disaster. Service is poor. Deli clerks ignore customers. Wait times better than 10-15 minutes. Shop elsewhere.

Nice grocery but way too expensive especially if you are buying organic. Fortunately for them there are not many other choices. Food Lion is just scary, and Walmart is crowded and scary.

The one star is for the deli/prepared food section. Not once in the five years that I have been shopping at this store have I had a pleasant experience in this department. Today was the last straw. I preordered a fruit and dessert tray and as always was instructed to go to the deli for pick up. There was no shortage of staff behind the counter but not one acknowledged my presence and I was first in line. They were so engrossed in conversation that they never heard me say "excuse me." I finally gave up and walked to the bakery for assistance. At least the staff here are usually more attentive and customer oriented. A woman immediately noticed me and came to my rescue finding both platters with grace and speed. I wish I found out her name. For a big store, it's surprising that all their in house prepared foods like chicken salad, coleslaw, potato salad are prepackaged. I needed some coleslaw and noticed only a large container was available. I knew if I purchased it, most would go to waste. If I was at another store, I would have graciously requested if they could locate a small serving size, but there was ABSOLUTELY no way I was going to be ignored and frustrated again trying to ask for assistance. With deli meat and cheese prices through the roof, you would think the store would ensure that this department is on top of the game. It's not. If you are an introvert, unmotivated, slow, easily distracted, and don't care a lick about customer service.....apply to the Publix deli. I'm sure you will get the job.

We've been coming here a few years and hands down it is the best Publix Pharmacy in Beaufort County. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, short waiting periods. We had to use the buckwalter pharmacy in Bluffton and after talking to them on the phone, the meds were still not ready 1-1/2 hours later. Needless to say we were inconvenienced because we still had an hour to drive home.

The Publix in "Lady's Islands is one of the best in customer service, staff is friendly and helpful. The Bakery is one of the best I have had a cookie cake fora Oyster Roost in our neighborhood, small red velvet cake for my man for valentines and a small buttercream for one of my best friends husband birthday this weekend. This Publix is my go to grocery store for all my needs.

What do you expect from a regional supermarket chain? Got most everything, has cheaper in-chain brands, you can order less popular meat or fish or bakery products and the stores are clean and well taken care of.

Ok, so we came here because we were in town for our son's USMC boot camp graduation. If you haven't noticed by my past few reviews, I'm a super proud mama. Anyway, I had to search out Devil Dogs since, well you know...Marines. My marine was lucky I bought a few boxes. These little cakes are great. We also ordered sandwiches to go. My daughter couldn't wait to get the chicken tender sandwich. It was pretty good, but she was falling over herself about it. Nice, clean store with a great selection, good fair prices and nice employees.

Extremely rude pharmacist! She messed up my prescription, refused to take responsibility for the mistake, and held my prescription hostage from being filled in a timely manor. I do not recommend this pharmacy, and I will be transferring ALL of my prescriptions elsewhere!

Publix Pharmacy is unfortunately not an in network pharmacy for our family insurance. HOWEVER we still get our prescriptions filled here anyway. They're helpful and timely. I always get a text or call about my prescription being ready or if there is a problem. It's never taken more than an hour (I've waited 4 hours even a day at other places in town) they take good RX easily, even after your prescription is filled.

Publix have some nice staff workers and I had the pleasure of a couple of managers acknowledged my presence and just asking me how my day was going. Thanks ( Daniel ) I think his name was.
