Greeted promptly when entering the building. The associate Kiera was very patient and understanding and explained everything from beginning to end! Kiera even noticed that I was a bit jittery and offered me her fruit which I needed because I had not taken my medication. She had no idea how much she helped me! Thank you NTB!!

I was truly impressed with the young lady at the counter not only did she handle my situation, but she pointed out every possibility of the reason why MY CAR, MY TIRE was running low on air unfortunately it was a tire that had a previous repair which she could not repair the repair, but she went well beyond her means to satisfy me as a customer and I will truly always come back to NTD for tire service or auto mechanic service. Thank you
