If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I needed a transaction history out of my account to another Navy Fed account. Simple right ?! Nope, they denied request! On top of that , had to take time off work to go to branch to request….and asked if they had email or phone number to follow up, they say no!!!! In this day and age of technology, they can’t process simple requests and I can’t email or call?!? Don’t waste your time banking with them!

I have been a Navy Fed member for over 40 years and have been in their branches all over the world. I will say this Beaufort branch has been the best I can recall. They have a genuine desire to assist their members.
