Gwen helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect wedding band. Pat was able to resize a heirloom ring for us. Amazing customer service! We will definitely be back.

The Jeweler’s Bench has been my go to jewelry store for a couple of years, and my experience has always been very welcoming even when the store is busy with customers. Pat and Gwen are friendly and attentive to my needs and they take pride in helping me by providing many options. Customer service is outstanding, and their jewelry and services is why I am a return customer.

The Jeweler's Bench is a top notch gem for all of your jewelry needs. They have been handling all of my jewelry needs for quite some time and have exceeded my expectations every time. No job is too small or too large. I have had vintage rings refurbished, stone replacement, ring resizing, rings redesigned using heirloom jewelry and stones. The finished pieces are breath-taking! Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. The owners, Pat and Gwen Kinard, are just amazing and always going that extra mile in making sure you have that "WOW factor" you're looking for. When I entered the store, I had a plan, but, after the very helpful owner Pat suggested some options including the benefits and downsides of each option, I was able to make the perfect choice. He and his wife, Gwen were sensitive to price and style. We were given attention and treated with respect. I highly recommend The Jeweler's Bench.

I highly recommend this jeweler. I have had several pieces repaired or adjusted here and have been very pleased. The quality of work is excellent and the customer service is superb. My items were turned around very quickly, as well. I only have positive things to say about Jewelers Bench. I will definitely continue to use them for all of my jewelry needs.

Such a wonderful experience with Jeweler's Bench. I brought several items in need of repair. Each item was repaired to perfection, including a unique item that my family was informed would require a 'unicorn' artist to repair. Jeweler's Bench was it for me! Highly recommend.
