“My son moved to Beaufort and I convinced him to start CrossFit to help adjust to the move. He called me after the first day to tell me how great the people are and how much of a help the owner Korey was for him. This week I was in town with my youngest son so we dropped in for some workouts. Korey is an excellent coach and puts together some brutal workouts! We all enjoyed our time in the box together pushing through the WOD .I am excited that my son discovered this particular CrossFit location, as it has provided him with a supportive and encouraging environment to pursue his fitness goals.I am looking forward to our next drop in!”

“Honestly, it's a great gym, the amount of options with weights/equipment. The diversity in the classes offered from Martial Arts classes, as well as the gymnastics, aerial, ninja, HIIT and pole fitness. The instructors for the classes are very friendly, and so are the people in the gym. A wide variety of products available for post workout, cold drinks etc! And the prices are very fair.”

“Phenomenal gym to work out at while I was traveling here. Has up to date gym equipments and its own room dedicated to free weights and squat racks (+6 adjustable benches and 4 squat rack platforms with bumper plates) professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend this gym over the other bases near the area. Great location too on base next to the galley and across from the exchange”

“Green, shady and quiet. Lovely park within a lovely residential neighborhood. Has amply supplied doggie clean-up stations and water fountains. Separate areas for small dogs. The only downside is that there weren't very many other dogs there. Maybe the word hasn't gotten out yet.”

“The staff is friendly.They really need to fix the ac, the temperatures inside are terrible. If you use one of the tanning beds it's almost hot enough to make you pass out! The wall thermostat outside and across the hall from the tanning bed said 91.5 degrees, hotter than the outside temperature.Also, crowd meter is a joke the place can be packed and it still shows 2 bars. I think you need to expand to accommodate the amount of people who are members.”

Jason is such a supportive coach and really takes the time to get to know you and your fitness goals and is great at holding you accountable kindly. I have been out of practice since COVID with regard to weight lifting and exercise in general, and this whole gym really fosters a community of uplifting encouragement for everyone on their own fitness path.
