“I've been going to BBF for a couple months now and I love it there! I enjoy all their classes especially the "power flow" yoga.The barre classes are a great way to get in shape using your own body or light weights. I feel like I got a great workout and my muscles feel it. They provide different modifications for exercises in case you need them.I hate going to the gym but I feel comfortable at BBF and appreciate the feminine energy from the staff as well as the other women in the room alongside with me. They make working out fun!The owner, Annie, is very helpful! I had some questions about my membership & she was easy to communicate with over email.”

“Omni is absolutely my new home gym away from home. This is the coolest most complete little gym. It's old school equipment but it is in pristine condition and I enjoyed using the machines more here than my home gym! The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating.I was visiting Beaufort while my wife attended a conference - so I walked a short (but beautiful) 2 mile walk from the hotel to the gym and back everyday. It was great -the leg day walk back was a little rough... But that's on me..I cannot recommend Omni enough! It would 100% be my gym if I lived anywhere close and it will be my training spot anytime I'm visiting Beaufort - or even Beaufort County in general!”

“Visited in April 24 for a Parris Island graduation and this is the best gym I have ever been to by far that the USMC has. You all are very lucky to have such a facility. Keep up the great work”
“Great dog park. Big and small dog areas fully fenced - both sides are very large. Both sides have grass though the small dog side is more Lush and lawn like than the big dog side probably because the big dogs run around more. Parking is right next to the dog park and there's plenty of it. There's fresh water for the dogs, places to sit for dog owners and shady spots, as well. For the most part people seem to pick up after their pets here. My Westies love this place. The park seems popular with locals so there are usually numerous dogs at any given time. The dog park is located within a bigger park (for humans) - there are paved trails where you can walk your dog, as well and big trees with Spanish moss are everywhere. Have been here numerous times and people and dogs have always been friendly.”
“My son started Ju jitsu there a few months ago. I don’t think there could be better trainers. They are patient(takes a lot because a few of those kids we “omg” unparented), willing to help even when class isn’t in process, encouraging, just nice freaking people man, and explain things at a rate your child can comprehend. I just don’t have anything bad to say. For the record, I have no affiliation to them or the facility. It’s just an honest review”
