Just left deli had to wait for 15 mims to get service.2 guys show up and neither knows what pastrami or london broil is so i left and went to publics where the floor sweepers dont work in the deli .... very unhappy But Public Had What i Needed...

Love the store but they need a new policy. I left a bag at the register that was already paid for. The cashier failed to notify me as well. I have a slow walk, so they had time to call me back, lol. When I called the store, I was told I had to go back and retrieve the items they put back( the inconvenience of having to walk the entire store!)They should have left the items in the bag and stored it somewhere cool and afe. After a period of time, if the customer does not claim the items, put them back! I called in a reasonable amount of time. They need a new policy.

I would just like to thank Ashley, MOD Manager on Duty for her exceptional level of courtesy and professionalism. She went well and beyond her immediate responsibilities and helped in resolving a problem that I had. Very few companies still maintain that 'customer first' culture. She does!

Was rented a faulty (non-functional) rug vacuum by Chyna. Returned at 10pm to get it replaced and they had closed despite google maps saying they close at 11pm. A white male employee 11/17/23 at 10pm threatened me through the glass as I was walking up to the door.

Really Good prices but accosted by beggar immediately upon entering, not only asking to buy them something but then asked for an entire bucket of chicken & for me to deliver it to them at the pavilion on top of it!!?? Yeah ok buddy, ?meet you there?? now they not only want free stuff they expect delivery too? Gonna try the other location but it's twice as far so not too thrilled

Very impressed with this store. Aisles were neat and orderly. Nice presentation of produce and canned food on the shelves. Great prices !

Came 10 minutes prior to closing in need of an item and the lady saw us walking in and went and locked the doors early.There was no other option for us to buy what we need as the gas station doesn’t sell it.Unprofessional and lazy. If you don’t like your job, go find another one.
