The customer service reps are friendly, but the store is dirty and disorganized

It’s super clean! Friendly staff. Easy to find what you need. They have lots of good quality products for super cheap. I get my cleaning brushes and tools here and I love them.

I feel so sorry for the staff. They need serious support! The store lights were barely functional and when did prices go up to $5? Shelf's we're practically empty. Management needs to close for two days and get things squared away.
