TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I called around more than a dozen shops in the bluffton/ okatie/ beaufort area to get an estimate on the mounting and balancing 4 tires. I spoke to a gentlemen over the phone Wednesday 10/2/24 who said it’d be 120 for all 4 tires to be mounted and balanced. Didnt need an appointment they open at 8 so come in. Perfect. Come in Thursday 10/3/24 at 8:45 and after the fact that I paid was when the man at the register said $200 I’m looking like $200 for what? He said for DEMOUNTING MOUNTING AND BALANCING . I cancelled my services because if I knew I was paying that I woulda went to the mechanic across the street from me for 146.50. After not wanting to give me a refund. NOT ONCE, did he give me the receipt an itemized ticket, NOTHING. TAMARAS or THALESE m was the name of the individual who over charged me for simply being a female. Supervisor Patrick and Robby were in yesterday and also refused my refund. They will remember me! I called over the supervisor because I wanted my refund and the man couldn’t issue it. You mean to tell me you cannot give me the $200 I just paid for unexpectedly. Well to no surprise of mine I left without my $200 and furious that I wasted 2 hours of waiting and dealing with senseless employees as I had my newborn and 2 other children with me at the time. Now I’m dealing with my bank on disputing the charges because they REFUSED TO REFUND ME, after OVERCHARGING ME. Now just to see I called around to 5 other shops near them and myself and NONE of those shops charge a DEMOUNTING FEE, including 3 gentlemen that laughed over the phone because they said that was a ridiculous fee and it was most likely due to the fact that I was a women. 2024 and we still discriminate and diminish women roles in our society. YOU WILL REGRET GOING HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

I have always had good results with discount tire. They strive to get you the best prices, honor discounts advertised. Scheduled appointments are upheld. They offer sound advice on tires, sensors, and the condition of tires. They offer the best premium tire plug patch service. Keep in mind when shopping that they also offer really good pricing on mounting and balancing and strive to get you to come back as a return customer. I can't say enough good things about them!!

Got in around 10am, as of right now it’s 1:20 pm and I’m still waiting for them to patch my tire. They also are having issues with the website not sending in scheduled times as mine wasn’t found after attempting to schedule twice.

These guys/gals saved me in a pinch today! Had some issues with my boat trailer tires while transporting it to the water. No other place would help me with the trailer but the techs at this location didn’t hesitate to get me taken care of even on a Saturday. Highly recommend this location very awesome techs. Definitely will always have my business. Thanks yall for your hard work!
