“Kudos to Belk for upping their game here in Beaufort. It didn’t look so good for a long time, and there were other much nicer Belk stores in Hilton Head, Mount Pleasant, etc. But since the new shopping plaza opened across the street, Belk of Beaufort is starting to make the store much nicer with better selection and, according to my wife, brands that only the really nice Belk stores carry, so she’s way happy. Keep it up, Belk; I look forward to being able to up this review to five stars in the future.”

“I was so disappointed with the Manager of the store today, his name was Jason. I came in on Thursday to purchase a sofa and he came up to the register angry didn't understand why. I asked him would I be receiving the floor model and he didn't answer me totally ignored me. And today I came in with my Co-worker to pick up sofa sectional and decided to buy some lamps, the bar code was at the bottom of the lamps the young lady went to find pricing but we had to turned lamps over and the older lady at cash register scanned the items, And I paid well the manager Jason came out and said where are those guys going with those lamps I tried to explained I purchased them, as well he totally ignored me and demanded a answer from his staff, I showed him my receipt for the lamps and he told me to mine my business he wasn't talking to me. I felt very disrespected I just purchased furniture and returned to purchase more stuff and all I did was show him that the stuff was in fact purchased and not taking from the store. He should not be a Manager I work with people everyday and have never been treated the way Jason treated me am a paying customer I never called him out his name just wanted to show him I paid and the end result he told me to leave his store however I was already outside. I hope that he learns to listen and not be so angry especially working with the public. Sincerely Mwest”

“I absolutely love going to my local Walmart. It is very convenient and the prices are worth me making a trip to shop. Many times I will order online or do a pickup, but either way the service is awesome and shipping when ordering doesn't take long at all. My only problem is I enjoy checking myself out I once was a cashier so I like ringing my own grocery up and bagging them. Now they have 15 items or less and my problem is they don't have enough cashier's and the cashier's they do have are not to friendly, rings your items very slow and bags your grocery without knowing how to bag properly so that certain items doesn't get mixed with certain items which reduces the amount of bags used. In all I will not stop shopping at Walmart but if I have to I would just start getting 15 items only or just order for pickup or online.”

“Went to the Tractor Supply in Beaufort SC this morning to get some supplies. I was impressed with the customer Service of both Ginger in the product areas and Elaine, the cashier. Both were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and a pleasure to speak with. It's rare these days to see this, sorry to mention, however it's service like this that will keep customers like me coming back. Thank you.”

“Convenient store, friendly staff, cashiers who are scheduled are good and handle transactions with speed and accuracy, but store should consider having more cashiers available during the day.”

“I have been shopping at this particular store for a decade. Usually, I have a positive weekly shopping experience at the Burton Walmart. I'm still getting used to the layout since the recent remodel. I appreciate the efficiency of the self-checkout lanes and glad when there are plenty of them open. Walmart is my go-to for produce, bakery Italian sliced bread, and those big packs of boneless chicken breasts. I am a one stop shopping fan.”
