As a warning to people like myself. Don't waste time driving to this branch if you need to make a deposit into your landlord's account for rent payments. Obviously a knowledge or staffing deficient. I drove out of my way on my lunch break to make a deposit and now have to drive to another branch. I saw only an ATM at the Trask branch but customer service told me I could make a deposit at the drive through. You'd think that customer service would know there isn't a drive thru at all. A second call left me more informed and indicated I had to go elsewhere.

brand new member i had my stuff set up from my savings but tack on a 150 over draft fee that is not how i had the account set up. i will gladly switch banks again this week with all my orginal money back i came in with if this isn't resolved tomorrow.

I've been a member of this branch for over twenty years and don't see myself ever changing. The customer service I've always experienced is second to none. On the rare occurrence that I have a problem, they've always been quick to resolve it. I've used them for not only regular banking needs, but also for credit card, car loans, personal loans, and even life insurance. Though the past few years I don't need to come in as often (because of mobile banking), but when I do everyone is always friendly and professional. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
