The staff is always friendly and willing to help. There is always something on sale. They carry merchandise for beginners and professional chefs. They also carry name and luxury brands locally which is nice so we don’t have to drive to Bluffton. Love supporting small, local businesses.

There prices are well in tune with the great quality of goods they sell. Best customer service ever!!!! The people there are so nice, tbh if I didn't like cooking I would prolly still go, just because of the people and the all around vibe.??????

I visited the store for the first time and my experience was amazing! The owner was very caring and I felt that she wanted to get to know me and my cooking habits to help me pick out the perfect cooking item. I love that masks are required as I felt very safe in their store. They also have a great selection of cooking supplies for great prices, that I found were cheaper than other places. 10/10 will be back.

Being an out-of-town visitor at COOK on Bay, I was expecting some of the Southern charm they talk about, but was completely blown away. The staff was delightfully polite, friendly without being overbearing, and even offered me a complimentary cocktail sample! Not to mention their diverse selection of cookware and kitchen goodies is AMAZING. Over half of their stock was completely new and exciting for me to peruse. They have everything you could possible need and more. During these difficult times, supporting a local business is ESSENTIAL and, at COOK on Bay, supporting local is also extremely pleasant. When I return to the cute, quaint town of Beaufort, COOK on Bay will definitely be one of my stops. Lots of love to Jodi and her team
