I visited this establishment 3 times this week trying to find a particular tennis shoe ?. The sales associate here has poor customer service. I went back today with my husband. As soon as I sat down on the bench and retrieve the shoe-of choice ,this young man (SHADRONE),came over and asked, ‘if we needed anything’.Right away he came back with the shoes I asked for and another choice. His attitude and customer service was a breath of fresh air this establishment needed. ? off to SHADRONE for his great service..
