Susan, Calvin, Mac, Jerome, and Reggie we great. Very professional, and skilled movers. Communication was really good and was vital to having a good move. This team exceeded our expectations and we would use them againin a heartbeat!!

Quality of packing and move-Poor; non-professional packing, beer stolen from refrigerator by packers, packing not completed as per promised schedule. partial delivery on date contracted-remainder was delivered a week later, boxes not placed in correct rooms or taken to storage as labeled. Some outdoor items never packed and had to be left for new owner.Final charge 100% over original estimate ( 65% over revised estimate); mover claims all estimates within 5% +/-. No response to multiple letters requesting explanation.. The move was in August 2021.Do not trust this mover without GUARANTEED FINAL PRICE.

The staff did an excellent job of relocating a large sofa from a very difficult spot, installed new carpetting and completed a secondary move to our son's apartment. Smart, good natured and very professional fellows. Thank you!

We did a 'door-to-door' move from Saint Helena to Beaufort that took about a day and a half. The four team members were more than professional both days showing up on time, being very careful while wrapping and packing and carrying the furniture and our treasures down two flights of stairs, polite and, most importantly, hard working. The lead mover, "Al" was in front and in charge ensuring his crew worked diligently and carefully. They played music that was good for everyone - no loud rap. All moves are tough, but they made this one a good experience. I would trust them again, but, hopefully, not for a while - moves are not fun.

These movers were professionals. We moved in a monsoon but it didn't matter as each piece was wrapped and tagged. No walls were dinged, nothing was damaged and they were extremely courteous and eager to please with furniture placement. We were given lots of materials pre'move for artwork and things we wanted to pack ourselves. This was a great experience...as moving goes!

My antiques were moved and stored at Carolina Moving for six months. The furniture came back to me yesterday and everything looks fantastic - they are such careful packers and movers. Their staff is extraordinarily polite! I would totally recommend their moving and storage services. Very reasonably priced, as well.

I would never write a bad review unless it is necessary. We had used this company on June 25 to move our furniture. during this move a very expensive Rolex watch was taken . Calls to Susan Neil were answered but no help at all ,2out of the three men did not even have drivers licenses, let alone had previous law encounters , the police are investigating , I have posted a $2500.00 personal reward for any information leading to its recovery . BEWARE is ALL I CAN SAY !!!

We have used them twice now for in-state moves and find them to be very proficient and hard working. Moving is always an adventure, moving during Covid makes it even more interesting. The crew that moved us was personable and got the job done very quickly. We did our own packing for the most part, so they were able to load and unload without a hitch. We recommend them and would/will use them again.
