  Made an appointment, showed up and no one was there. Sign said open, no one answered the phone. Frantically called around to make an appointment elsewhere. Didn't want to rate it lower since I don't actually know the quality, but failing to tell me they won't clean my car put me in a tight spot last second and was unprofessional.

  I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. They were very responsive and helpful. When I showed up on Saturday, no one was there. I called-- no answer. I texted-- no response. I hope the owners are okay, because it seemed unusual to be so responsive one day and then completely unresponsive on the day of my appointment. But maybe I just got ghosted.

  Amazed that they were able to get all the dog hair out of my car! Looked like the day I bought it. 10/10
