Outstanding service and quality work. A valet service at a hotel had crashed my truck scraping the side against concrete. I had to work with their insurance company to get it fixed and had no idea how that all worked, until I went to Boundary Street Collision Center. Parker, which is a staff member at BSCC, helped me through the process. This was my first incident I have ever had and had no idea what to do, if it wasn’t for Parker and the staff at BSCC I don’t know what I would have done. They are extremely good communicators with you on how your vehicle is coming along and the utmost professionals. If you recently were in an accident in the Beaufort, SC area and are looking for a shop your search is over. Go to BSCC and you will not regret it. They turned my Ram Rebel back into the beautiful red truck it was before the incident.

Shop was recommended.. Parker was the absolute best! Top notch customer service! He handled all the details with the insurance company, he kept me in the loop via email and phone calls, I felt like my car was the only one in the shop! I was on a very tight timeline and Parker went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready!!! My Honda looks amazing! Thank you Parker!

I took my son's car to Boundary after it began leaking water during recent rain storms. The car had been repaired by a shop in California three years before after an accident.Parker's staff water tested the car, identified several possible leak locations and explained what they saw. Parker contacted my son's insurance carrier and spoke with a local representative.Parker then explained he could not do the repair because he is not a warranty location for that insurance company. He then told me of a local repair shop who could do the warranty work.I then realized he did all that he had spent close to two hours with me between the water test and explanations knowing he would not be doing the repair. Wow!I offered to pay and he refused and sent me on my way. All, on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend.I'd give them a sixth star if I could.

Shop came recommended. Went in for a paint quote for my truck, and was told they needed to talk to the painter because of the type of paint (matte), and was told it would be an extensive amount to repair. I sent the paint code given from the company who built the truck and a prior paint quote message from prior work completed in Augusta GA, and was told I’d know as soon as they found out but haven’t heard anything since. It’s been a few days after countless emails trying to obtain a quote. Great people, terrible communication.

We are so pleased with these guys!! My hubby and I where doing an oil change on our sonata and the conversation led to how nice the bottom of our car looks. Naturally, that led us to appreciate the people who did the work. Very very well done job and that’s a rare commodity these days! Seriously appreciate y’all and will definitely refer you! ?I don’t know why I can’t leave another review but this is an update. 10/1/23- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they did it again- we drop off our cars looking rough and got it back not just fixed but cleaned and all shiny! Always a pleasure working with these guys- soo y’all soon ????
