Kudos to Belk for upping their game here in Beaufort. It didn’t look so good for a long time, and there were other much nicer Belk stores in Hilton Head, Mount Pleasant, etc. But since the new shopping plaza opened across the street, Belk of Beaufort is starting to make the store much nicer with better selection and, according to my wife, brands that only the really nice Belk stores carry, so she’s way happy. Keep it up, Belk; I look forward to being able to up this review to five stars in the future.

Took 20 minutes for an Associate to help with my cosmetic selection. Then during checkout she complained how bad the customer service is from Belk.

Shopping here is like looking through a thrift store. The styles are so old...WHY? Used to be a great store many years ago. Just awful. And the shoe dept, are you kidding me? Belk's puts zero effort into the clothing selections or anything else for that matter. Just close already.

This store has gone so downhill I don't know how they keep the doors open? The Women's section is So Cluttered with clearance racks you can't see much in the way of any new arrivals. Customer service is lacking experience. Forget the cosmetics dept. Unless your willing to take the time to search out someone for help. Prices & Products ? I'll be returning 3 of the 4 items I bought. Just was a bit disappointing

Snob City USA. Nice store, but very uppity conceded for no reason staff. It's comical really getting treated like you're below certain staff associates because you don't have a certain dress code. I like American Eagle and The North Face, at least the attitude of myself is humble and kind. Respect the fact that you sell clothes and anyone can do what you do. I assign the movie "The Pursuit of Happy ess" for you Bob Sugars to watch. It turns people off dealing with snoody attitudes, I mean why would I want to shop here when Amazon, Walmart, Temu, a shopping mall and so many other retailers would live to have my business? Recognize fools, Mr. T would be disappointed with your attitudes. ?. NEXT!

No one to help in shoe department. Looked and looked. There when they opened at 10am and shoes were messed up and out of order. Sketchers. Got tired of looking and the mees. Didn't buy.
