Took 20 minutes for an Associate to help with my cosmetic selection. Then during checkout she complained how bad the customer service is from Belk.

No one to help in shoe department. Looked and looked. There when they opened at 10am and shoes were messed up and out of order. Sketchers. Got tired of looking and the mees. Didn't buy.

The store is clean and has lots to choose from... but only one register for a department store is not convenient
