Was recommended to this place by my son’s pediatrician. So far my experience had been poor. I’m not sure if she’s the manager(daisy) she is rude very rude. From the very beginning she was rude and yelling on the phone. She had the nerve to tell me she had more important customers to deal with and my son isn’t one of them. I tired number of times to get my sons breathing machine but they go to lunch 30 mins before the time stated on the door. I will never deal with this place again and daisy needs to be retrained

The staff of Beaufort Medical is awsome! I have used them for several years now. For several different needs. They have been so very helpful in getting my uncle a wheelchair and explains the process of the dreadful paperwork required by him to get that wheelchair. For helping my Aunt K get her mastectomy products. Thank you Denise for making her feel comfortable, she was just so scared and felt that she was no longer the beautiful woman she is. She left your store with a beautiful smile and holding her head high instead of curling up and trying to hide in big sweaters. Even in 90* weather. Words just cannot say enough for the things you do.

Just ordered a new lift chair, bought a rollator and rented a wheelchair for temporary needs. Was helped by Stacy the two times I was in the store. Stacy was warm, friendly, informative, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Glad I found such a well stocked, easy to deal with business who really seemed to go out of their way to make me happy and satisfy my needs. Thank you!

I recently had to purchase a walker for a family member… Military benefits should have had to purchase it… however the ER Doctor did not write the order in the appropriate language…. This business went beyond the call of duty to help me get the money back!! I had to pay cash out of my pocket and have never been reimbursed in any other business I’ve had to use in the past!! Thank you!!

I had to rent a lift chair on very short notice. Jason was so nice and helpful and got me the chair the same day. Great customer service ....highly recommended! :)

Stacy was amazing! She spent so much time carefully answering all my question and showing us available options for my husband's needs. Over 1 phone call and two visits, we were provided with exactly the lift chair we needed, along with a new rollator. We were fitted and supplied with a rental wheelchair for our temporary needs. Stacy was courteous, enjoyable and accommodating. We thought the prices were very reasonable as well. Stacy guided us on how to get some medical insurance coverage as well. The store was well stocked with a wide variety of medical supplies. I will search no further for a good medical equipment source, I have found it!

I have had the pleasure of working with Denise and her staff for nearly 20 years. There are only a few DME companies that I can say that about - I highly recommend them - they are experienced and knowledgable with a very expansive product lines.

Am so happy I found this place ! Im visiting friends here. Very Nice & clean. They had stock of a product I use regularly. The lady there could not have been nicer and answered my questions. Excellent customer service and great transaction. I would highly recommend this business and will buy from them again. Thank you!!!! Will be back ?

I rented a wheelchair for my husband that just had surgery . When I put it in the car I noticed it smelled like urine. I took a closer look and the handles had gunk built up in them and the wheels were full of hair wrapped around and dust. I took it back inside and they said they had just pressure washed it. This is medical equipment that should be going through severe disinfection process after each patient , not just a pressure wash. As stated before, they are very dry and not focused on the customer experience. They just refunded me my money and off I went. No real attempt at service recovery - although I wouldn’t want anything from a place with such low cleaning standards even during a pandemic.

I needed A Chair for my mother she cant walk so she need a Recliner so she can sleep and set up in she is bed bound so she had want me to take a picture so i can see which one she wanted and i was going to buy it the lady stacey said i cant take a pic of the recliner but good will see how they do Black people i do work at a place hi up and i will let them now not to shop there and its going up all over the internet

Be VERY CAUTIOUS of there pricing, rented a vertical lift chair for a month then after a brief web search was bale to BUY a better chair for $50 more.So today I went there (on doctor's recommendation) for a pair oc compression socks, $71 later I was wearing them, BUT THE SAME BRAND AND STOCK NUMBER ON AMAZON WAS $24!!!!!!!When questioned about the price they could care less and NOT THE LEAST BIT REMORSEFUL ABOUT CHARGING ALMOST 3 TIMES AS MUCH!!!!!
