Bought two Firestone Tires in February and today noticed one had a crack in the sidewall went in and within 45 minutes had a new tire at no charge. They were fast and professional I highly recommend

I pulled in for a tire patch and was told the puncture was not repairable even though it looked like an easy repair to me. Was told by the shop good luck on the hunt ? Idk lol went to mavis right down the street and tires was repaired easily by their tech for free of charge of course I tipped them after I found that out
Save time just go to mavis tires and breaks !

We had a roofing nail in our tire as we were heading home from vacation. They plugged our tire in a short amount of time and charged us such a small amount. They were friendly and very professional! I would highly recommend them!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. In terms of service, professionalism, and business ethics, they fail miserably. DO NOT go to Airport Tire! They completely damaged the rims on my wife’s brand new Nissan Armada. It was blatantly obvious that the damage was caused by their machinery. When I confronted them, the lady there recklessly insisted I come into the shop to watch as the mechanic repeated the process, which ended up damaging my rims even more. She claimed she filed an insurance claim, but I've heard nothing. Despite sending emails, calling, and even stopping by in person, they keep giving me the runaround, saying they’re handling it. It seems like they’re just hoping I’ll forget about it. I’m planning to sue very soon. My concern for anyone considering this business is that I don’t believe they actually have insurance. Why else would they risk their business by not addressing the damage, especially when their receipt states they have a warranty on all their work, which they clearly do not honor?
If you have had your tires changed at Airport Tire, please look at your rims. If you see gouges around the outer edge of the rim where the tire meets and seals, then it was likely caused by their defective equipment. I would suggest you reach out to them (not that it will help) as a measure of due diligence, then contact the consumer protection agency. I’ve been dealing with Ana Gonzalez at Airport Tire for over 2 months trying to resolve this, and she essentially continues to lie to me despite admitting and clearly seeing the damage her business caused on our $70K SUV.

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. I came in having no idea what was wrong with my car, knowing that they could take advantage of that and make me buy parts I didn’t need. They let me know that they just needed adjustments and the price was far less than expected. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Best tire service I have ever had! Went in today for 4 new tire, out within 20 mins! Holy cow that was crazy fast! But also their customer service experience is top notch, professional, kind and knowledgeable. The best tire company in beaufort sc, has my families business for life!

My husband and I drove from NY to SC last week, and my Mazda started making a terrible sound 2 miles from our destination. My cousin Sally recommended Airport Tire in Beaufort where she's had her truck serviced before. "Denver" got my car right into the shop and diagnosed the problem correctly in time to order parts. My car was ready to go exactly 24 hours after I dropped it off, and we drove it home to NY with no problems at all. I'm so grateful to Denver and his mechanics, and their bill was very reasonable!
