Came to Batesburg SC store at 8:45 pm and had doors locked to outside panels and would not unlock for me to look to purchase them. I work all day and not able to come until late and then rush to hook up trailer to come to your store for you to only tell me no you lock your outside doors at 8:40 and will not open them for me to purchase over $2500 worth of supplies??!! Come on Tractor Supply get better customer service!!!

Terrible customer service and it seems like no one knows nothing at this store, never again. Make sure to tell your employees to have a better attitude and actually work. Two girls with an A thats directed to you.

Bad customer service. Claimed customers move price tags all the time. Employees can also price items wrong.

My wife went to tractor supply today to pick up a couple of items for me. I love this tractor supply because they always have what I need. Usually everyone is very pleasant but today the cashier was below your normal attitude. Jennifer you get a 0 today. My wife is a very sweet country lady and when I spend 217 dollars at a business I expect nothing but friendly employees. This location is still my favorite tractor supply .

Batesburg-Leesville store used to be great. Jessica is, is extremely rude. Snatching money & speaking down to customers is why I will NOT be back. I'll drive the 30 miles to Lexington.

Don't give me a coupon for my birthday and only good over 50.00 bucks. Kinda pitiful. I know go to home town feed and seed to get what I need . Sad tractor supply. Just sad.

Nice place and they had exactly what I had needed at a reasonably place they were quick and pleasant to talk to and they had me in and out the store in no time at home. I would recommend to someone else

They are the best place to buy bolts, nuts, washers and screws because they sell them by the pound. They also have a great selection on things you utilize around the farm and house.

Autumn helped us find all we needed. A very nice lady checked us out (I think her name was Theresa). Then Autumn helped us load all of our feed. We had an excellent experience!

I love going to tractor supply to get my feed for all my animals. The staff is always very friendly and nice... I also like the t-shirts, tools and boots you can buy. I like the products you can buy for your animals. I really enjoy shopping at tractor supply thank you to all the friendly employees that are always greeting you with a smile.

I called ahead of time to make sure this location had the specific type of dog food that I needed which they did, so I asked them if there were someone there that could help bring it to my car because I am pregnant and can only pick up a certain amount of weight. Once I got to the location I’d asked one of the employees if there was someone that could help me with the dog food and she said she already had it waiting up at the front for me! Very happy and thankful for the great customer service!

BEWARE!!!Batesburg-Leesville & Red Bank Tractor Supply are INFESTED with fleas and they cannot get it under control. I had been trying to take my dogs to Red Bank for a bath for over a month and everytime I called they give a different excuse of why their pet washing station was closed until someone finally told the truth and said they had a flea problem. I called Batesburg-Leesville Tractor supply over the last month as well and they said their pet washing station was closed due to "water pipes leaking into their break room" but their pet washing station was now fixed and open again. So I took my dogs to Batesburg-Leesville Tractor Supply on Friday who NEVER mentioned they had a flea problem, by Saturday my poor babies had bloody SORES all over them. Luckily they are on symperica religiously. I went into Tractor Supply in Red Bank today and they told me that Batesburg-Leesville called them and told them to shut their pet washing station down also because they had a bad flea problem. I now have to shave my DOUBLE COATED German Shepherd just to get down to the sores and bites to medically treat them which will cause long term health issues for her. DO BETTER Tractor Supply, ask for proof of monthly flea and tick preventatives before allowing anyone to wash their dog at your locations that offer pet washing stations.
