“We had a brake issue while towing our camper.Friends recommended one place that wouldn't even look at it bc it was trailer brakes.At Torres they were up front about the fact they couldnt really work on camper brakes but at least offered to lift the trailer to give us an answer, brakes or bearings issue.He helped my husband get the trailer tire to the point we could tow to our destination.After all that,he wouldn't accept payment, saying it was a Good Samaritan act(my husband insisted anyway bc kindness like that shouldn't go unrecognized).We were very grateful and appreciative of his knowledge and help!”

“We want to thank all at the auto center, but a shout-out to Ryan, he was very respectful and helpful. We went in for a oil change and the tech let us know that the tires needed replaced. Ryan stepped in found our tires and less then 45 min. later with the help of the crew we were on our way. Then we got a phone call from Ryan letting us know that we had not paid for the oil change.
