I have great experience with CVS with awesome customer service. I shop there and have been getting my medications from there for many years. It's also very convenient for me because I just live around the corner from them, walking distance. They're the best!

Staff sees you waiting in line to be served and after the car in front of you leaves they put cardboard over the window and cut the lights off. I was in line before closing time. Horrible customer service.

waited a day to hear nothing after scheduling a covid test. Took off work only to find out at the time of appointment that they don't even have the supplies to test. Like most businesses in this town, reliability is non existent. I'd drive to the next town and go to the drugstore there if Walgreens wasnt right across the street. TypicalBatesburg, avoid this location!

I had to go thru the drive to get medicine ever once in a whole till I changed places to get it since this one kept saying they were out of stock or the doctor hadn't send authorization but I have had no trouble at the place they are sent to now. The drive thru was also ridiculously slow at times their would be a line of cars waiting for 20 to 40 mins to get to your turn in line

Terrible service. Always long lines and today made me go to the end of the line when they charged me for a medication my spouse no longer takes.

Only go inside if you want to use the self checkout... It's not for me!!! I would rather leave my buggy and walk out than have to be a cashier... If I wanted to be a cashier I would be but I'm not and I refuse to do someone elses job!!!

The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. People standing all around but not being helped. Pharmacy under staff. One staff member running drop off, vaccine check in, vaccine walk in, pick up, vaccines set up, and customer question. It's insane that CVS as a company would allow that much stress to be put off onto one staff member. As I sit here it continues to worsen. The staff member who is running the entire front is also taking deliveries in. All I can say is way to go CVS exploit your staff members and create an environment that is stressful and time wasting to paying customers. As a manager for many years in retail I would not allow staff to be exploited in such a horrible way. I would close and lock the doors until the company provided staff to run this place correctly. CVS you have an amazing staff member. Through all the hateful looks, frustrated customers, angry delivery driver, and the four extra jobs she HAS to do she is still smiling, friendly, and apologetic!! Once again it's got worse. No customer now, I'm still waiting for shots 57 mins now, and all of a sudden three new staff members pop up. I will not use CVS pharmacy every again. Contact a temp service to help your staff who are most likely underpaid as well. I feel so sorry for your employees.
