Was with Cricket about 5 yrs and never had any problems until I cracked my screen and I had insurance. They did replace it but dropped it again and they wouldn't replace it. Even still with insurance. I was told that if I changed to straight talk, I had 2 months to come back and could get my old number. Well today that changed. Was told that it will be close to $100.00 to come back. They need to get their stories straight! So outdone!

I had a bad Experience the other day but the Owner Jason Fixed my Problem. God Bless You Mr. Jason.I have checked around for Phones & Plans Cricket Wireless Has the Best Deals esp with Phones. I got a Moto for $9.99 & 2GB data with Unlimited Talk & Text for $30 a month.Their Protection Plan is the Cheapest Anywhere Around for $7 a month.You Can't beat the deals esp when you're starting a New Business like My husband & I are doing.Awesome Owner.

Manager is great and very patient. Helped me transfer everything from my old device over to my new one and even helped me recover my email the cricket in Lexington refused to help me with it and said it wasn’t part of their job Thank you Batesburg! I walk in the store and the female behind the counter was talking on the phone and on the computer. Which was no biggie at the time because for all I knew at the point it was business related. But as her loud conversation continue I realized it wasn't. She told the individual on the phone that she needed to go (not because she had a customer) because she was taking a test. I then look up at her and not once did this female make eye contact with me. Not once did this female ask me if I needed help or anything. I don't know what the hell y'all got going on in batesbrug but y'all need to get it together. When your at work you need to be working on your job not taking a damn test. I really want to get out of character for a second but why. When I can spend my found elsewhere. Whomever worked on May 8th y'all need to let them find employment somewhere else because customer service it not for them. And what that being said I'll stick with metro PC's!!!!

My daughter, husband & I went into Cricket Wireless around 12p on 5/4/19. The lady & young man in the store told me they were closed for lunch for me to come back in 30 mins. They refused to Sell us a Phone bc we are White. They refused to walk over to where we were standing. Before we walked out I asked her why aren't the doors locked she made no comment.Around 3pm we went back to the store & the doors were locked a gentleman from IGA was sitting on a bench he told my daughter & I they was closed for lunch. I pulled on both doors they were locked. I asked him what time do they reopen he said whenever they want too.Around 6pm my daughter & I goes back to the store we walked in Nobody said Hello they looked at us like we wasn't suppose to be there. Finally after standing here for a few Minutes I told a young lady with blond in her hair (This lady was wearing a Green Cricket Shirt she wasn't doing anything she was sitting on a stool) What phone I wanted she walks over to my & my daughter & asked me if I had Exiting Service. I said No it's New Service she said I'd have to see her ( the lady that refused to wait on us when we went in around 12pm.). This lady goes & gets the phone & lays it beside the lady that refused to wait on us earlier (12p).We wait awhile for this lady to get through with a customer. Instead of her waiting on us she plays with a smartphone & Air Speaker. My daughter & I stand here she finally hands the smartphone to the lady with blond in her hair.Nobody ever welcomed us into the store or said hello nothing. She never told me anything about the phone plans nothing. But she added $7 to my Bill for Protection that I never asked for.I gave her $24 cash there's nothing on my receipt about me giving her cash money & Nothing about $25 Credit for Automatic Payments. But but she did give me free activation.I do Not Recommend this Store at All & it's New in the Batesburg- Leesville Area. Nobody should Discriminate. I've worked for Wal-Mart back in the 80's along with other places & I never mistreated nor Have I been rude to anyone that came into the business.If they're going to Discriminate & Not Serve the People of Batesburg-Leesville then they Need to Close & Go Somewhere Else.I Appreciate the Owner Responding to my Comment BUT You Never Addressed the fact that the Associate stole $24 from me. Do you Have Any intentions of Giving this Money Back to Me.
