My car sat there for 2 weeks and he gave me every excuse of why he hadn't even looked at it , every other day I would call and he would say " I'm gonna get to it today" .....never did. If you want only certain business say that!!

I could go into huge detail about everything, but instead, I will just say that this company was more than fair. Thank you thank you thank you for getting all of the mechanicals squared away so that I can modify it without worry. Very nice people that really care. Oil leak, timing belt, j pipe, power steering hose and more were replaced without any problems.

First time leaving bad review on face book. Took ford to them and was really sure I had a transmission issue. I was mechanic for 15 years. They said I had a misfire on 1 cylinder so did complete tune up, wires and all. About 450 bucks. Left and next morning same issues. It was sporadic so I understood hard to find. Waited until it died and finally took it back about 9 months later. Told them again this was a transmission issue. Called and said was fixed and did a tune up AGAIN. I told Glen they had already done than a few months ago. Spent another several hundred dollars so I took it home and same thing again. I carried it back to leave for however long it needed to be. Well guess what after a new transmisson was installed it was as good as new. Went back 8 months later with new issue, sporadic fail to start. Explained issue and explained we had a vacation in 2 weeks. Said no problem. Checked back several time and no work done. Reminded that we had vacation. Thats no problem. Had to pick it up by Thursday for trip and on Wednesday afternoon its still sitting in field behind shop. Been there for 10 days and no work. Jennifer said it started for them and would not fail to start. I reminded her it was sporadic and I had gave permission for any of them to drive home several days if needed but that was not done. I was there on Wed. afternoon and I had to pick it up on Thur. I knew they did not have time now to work on it even though it had been there 10 days. So I got my keys and took car home. We will just have to use it like it is until after the vacation. Jennifer explained that they were short of help but I told her then tell me you cant work on it and I will go elsewhere. Dont think I will go back after 3 poor attempts at fixing our car.

I took my 2001Chrysler PT Cruiser here about 3 or 4 weeks ago for belts. While I was driving to work yesterday morning my serpentine belt flew off my car in one piece it didn’t snap or anything it just fell off. When I called they told me to have it towed there but did not offer to fix it for free as it was their mistake. Belts don’t just fall off. I had my car looked at and turns out my tensioner is in terrible shape and looks as though it had been for a very long time it’s completely shredded on all edges and very rusted . It was over looked by the mechanic(s) who replaced my belts. I never once got a phone call about it being in bad shape nor was I told at pick up about the issue. It’s a $25 piece that I would have been more than happy to replace. They are normally very good with informing me with what issues are on my car. I also asked them to replace my passenger side break light and they neglected to do that as well.

Our 2010 Yukon was throwing several codes. Glen was open & honest about what work needed to be done & gave me upfront pricing before doing the work. Runs like a champ now & I couldn't be happier!
