Went in to negotiate an item, greeted with warm welcoming friendly employees. Assisted me and also gained my business. The lady behind the window was very informative and offered me to speak to someone. The manager was highly involved explaining the benefits and told me to come be a part of the family which is truly what it felt like when entering this branch. I decided to join and the banker that assisted provided me with numerous of options and resources that my bank hasn't ever mentioned. I truly lucked up when I entered this bank which i was skeptical as Wells Fargo doesn't have the best rep.

I agree. There should be no stars. It is always easy to bank at other Branch offices. This office is difficult. They let the tellers treat customers the way they want, sometimes showing partiality. It's ok if you wait or I will treat this customer better than the next one in line or walk away from you. No this isn't right.

Would give no stars for this branch, it that is possible. Waited over 40 minutes to get a banker to place a wire. They didn't know how!!! Then they called corporate and we were put on hold again to wait for a rep. I left! Don't have a branch if your employees can't perform tasks.

Wells Fargo is garbage in general. Hours before you reach someone on the phone, bogus fees, fraudulent transactions allowed to be added back even after they investigate and clear the charges, then you must repeat the process.
