I've been living here over 30 years and my packages are delivered to my neighbor's house. Small packages crammed in my mailbox so tight I had to cut it out with a knife. This is not acceptable.

Sent a first class letter on a Saturday with a tracking number and it's now Wednesday and it now says return to sender. This was official paper work I was supposed to be sending out because I'm disabled. They refuse to answer the phones and this has been a ridiculous waste of time! Y'all need to get your stuff together! Your office is a joke! ?
