Came in today, two days after a motorcycle accident, for some tobacco. I was helped by Julie, and was trying to help point out to her which one I was asking for because it is very painful to stand and I didn’t want to be standing any longer than needed. She was VERY rude to me and told me rudely to be quiet. If someone comes in with bandaged hands and a bandaged knee, either offer them a chair or accept their help so they don’t have to be in pain any longer than necessary. Don’t make someone’s day worse by being rude to them after a motorcycle accident. I had just totaled my bike and had been told I might never ride again then had to deal with this. I will NEVER come back to this station or any other EnMarket and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. Congrats EnMarket, Julie just lost you a very loyal and longtime customer.

I called this enmarket and received terrible customer service by the working saying,(“Stop calling”). This enmarket needs to ensure that their employees do their jobs and not be rude. The next time I call here I want to receive good customer service; if it’s even possible. I’m just helping you guys to know how the employees you hire are not suitable for this job and how they treat their customers poorly. I believe this enmarket can and will do better in the future??.
