Rented a unit from them, they came in and painted and switched the storage numbers on the units. Received a call that we were in the wrong unit (the right unit before the painters switched the numbers around) went today and found my locks cut off and sparebox locks on the unit. Had to call customer service and get the code for the locks from them. Then we were told we needed to move to the other unit. Had to ask them to just change our unit number to the one we were in not wanting to spend a day moving everything out of and back into another unit. At the end of the conversation not only do I now need to replace my $60.00 locks but the monthly rent went up. Will be buying a shed and moving my things out of there next week. Can't fix stupid!
