“I needed a key with remote for my 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport. I called ahead to ask if they had the key & what the cost would be. I spoke with a couple of people & they were helpful and friendly. They quoted me a price of $146 to cut & program the new key. I’d spoken with several mobile locksmith’s and received quotes of anywhere from $195 to $240. I understand there’s a “convenience fee” because they’re coming to you but I was only 15 minutes from East Cooper Lock & Safe. I got there & they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were super friendly and have a sweet dog named Nora there. It cost $146 as quoted. I highly recommend them & if I need keys or locks in the future I will definitely return.”
