My car was towed after I got rear-ended 2ce. When i was rear-ended my right arm went completely numb and felt like pins and needles. I went to the hospital where they said it was probablya pinched nerve from the wreck thank goodness it wasnt worse but it could have been. When I went to get the car one of the guys asked if my car was drivable the other worker said something along the lines of yes it's just a crack in the bumper. I heard them snickering under their breath and they accused me of being white person taking advantage of insurance. I would definitely rather be at work than in the hospital and then being driven out to BFE to get my car. I suggested the workers and or owners keep their thoughts to themselves. This interaction was beyond unprofessional. I wouldn't have had my car towed by choice let alone to 30miles away from where I live.
