I love living on the mill hill in Arcadia but the post office we have needs to do better. When needed the gate is closed at times they are supposed to be open , they are not helpful at all or get a attitude when approached when they are there. also when lunch hours are posted yet they come and go as they please and important packages don't get delivered ! I have reached out to the USPS main customer service about this issue and I am never one to complain but this is ridiculous

Lazy workers. Came 2 minutes before closing time and they didn’t accept my package. Started to say: where the address on the box, we can’t accept packages without in one minute before closing time and other stupid things.

I live at vally creek apartments in spartanburg and wanted to thank all my mail carrier's and a special thanks to Carl" for helping me get into my mailbox due to issues with my key.I'd also like to point out to people that fail to realize our men and women of the ups show up for us" RAIN WIND SNOW HEAT They literally can't stay home because of bad weather or becuse it's storming and of the tens of millions of letters mailed a day a handful may get lost or misplaced wish all business was this efficientTHANKS UPS....

The young man that works there does not know how to correctly give shipping prices on packages that aren't "USPS Flat Rate".He quoted me $25.85 and said because it was not an animal or poultry it would cost that amount.I refused to pay that much, so I drove to the Spartanburg Main USPS, they shipped it for $12.25.These postal workers receive EXCELLANT wages, insurance, and benefits !So why can they not hire people that are more intelligent, ethical and better trained ???

This is second time this rude and spiteful woman has delayed my mail .She is the old curly headed white woman . I sell on ebay and she always gives me the feeling my packages will not get shipped . She always leaves me waiting at the service window saying Ill be right there just one more second .......Im coming now .Then she says " Do you need a receipt ? I always say yes once when I was in a hurry ( my packages are always prepayed with ebay labels printed from home) I said no I dont need a receipt as long as they will get scanned today . And she said of course they will .Then I got an email from ebay saying my packages were not scanned on time . Now this time I took my rent payment there on Friday May the 3rd right before 12:00pm . It wasnt postmarked until the 6th ,Its due by the 5th or its late .A $50.00 late Fee and a negative mark on my credit . Thanks alot I will be making a formal complaint first thing in the morning . I cant be the only one she has done this to . She is giving USPS a bad name and needs to be terminated .

Being a service member I have family and friends over seas. Went to the post office to send a package to a loved one, the post office worker was not helpful. She showed little to no interest in helping and was a bit disrespectful. Post office has no wait but I would wait in line any day to not have to deal with that kind of service.
