Walgreens often has good deals and/or coupons available for online/mobile orders. There are also good deals in the store on various things...deals that really can't get any better without the product just being free. Anyway, at this specific location, my spouse and I were picking up mobile orders. The orders were ready quickly, and the young male working was super nice. I would and likely will return to this location. Also, it's clean and organized well.

One of the worst experiences. Had been sick for a few days and scheduled an appointment at 10:45. The main pharmacist will give you attitude, yet the she isn’t even doing her job. I simply asked “how much longer for my appointment” and she then told me i could leave because “she was stressed out”. I am sick, and there is no need for her attitude. I am very very disappointed in my visit. And waited 25 minutes for the woman to come to me. Terrible experience, just go to CVS.

Terrible customer service in store & pharmacy. Very unhappy employees, no one smiled or greeted us! Never again will I go inside this store!!

Poor experiences at this location, especially repeated issues with a specific pharmacy technician who clearly does not listen to the pharmacist. On two occasions she did not order life-sustaining medications for a household member who has congenital heart disease for more than 7 days stating it was due to cost. The pharmacist stated he’d informed her the medication was for a specific patient. Even with a week head start for refills, I ran out. They had enough stocked for a partial refill, but she told me she couldn’t sell it to me because of the expense, which was not Walgreen’s policy as confirmed by the pharmacist on duty. She also attempted to withhold information that I’d requested and that the pharmacist had instructed to pass along regarding my insurance plan. Her reason: “I don’t think you need to know that.” I made efforts to notify the store manager and pharmacy manager but did not hear back. I do not recommend.

This walgreens is starting to wear thin on me came in tonight to get two pics I sent in hours ago guy in the front waited on the young ladies in front of us told them he would ring them up at the cash register said nothing to us and never came back started waiting on other customers finally got a lady to come to us she said she tried to do the pics twice already and it didn't work they could have called or emailed asking to re send was told I could do it but it would be the next day and this is the same with prescriptions make you wait hours for medicine just to call them and say they are out yall got to start being better especially customer service no greetings when you come in the door either

Horrible !!!! What’s the point in doing a pickup order if you have to wait over two hours for it when you have a store full of employees doing absolutely NOTHING and you’re not even busy. This store needs to do better

This pharmacy rarely has my childs prescription available, have had to get doctor to transfer multiple times. No notification that the script is not available they just wait untill you drive 30 mins and wait in line another 20 mins to tell you sorry they dont have it. Walgreens is great at saying sorry, not so good at filling prescriptions. Im done

My husband was just told it was our fault we ran low on insulin and that we should have talked to a live person! We talked to someone when we were there this morning. We were assured we have it! And this tech Carter says it’s our fault??! They constantly run out of insulin and never ever have anything in stock… Carter my friend you need to learn some manners and people skills…people there are just rude!

I am unbelievable grateful for this team at Walgreens. I was unable to come inside to get my son more medicine because we were quarantining. The online ordering process was super convenient and quick. Tiffany called to confirm my order, get a replacement item and was so compassionate in helping me. She even left us a note to get well in our bag. The drive thru staff was just as sweet getting us our order. Thankful for this being the easiet part of my son being sick with COVID.

We don’t usually go to this location, but the service we had today was outstanding. Kevin the manager went above and beyond, and all of the employees were so nice. We’ll be coming here more often!

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS AS YOUR PHARMACY I came in to pick up a prescription for my newborn baby. The pharmacy cashier checked the prescription and said it doesn't exist because it's over-the-counter. She then showed me to the medicine they had in stock. She gave me the wrong medicine that I then gave my baby and had to take him back to the doctor to have them tell me the prescription sent to the very same walgreens was never picked up. The doctor even called walgreens and told them it wss a prescription to be picked up. The pharmacy cashier hurt my child and made him sick and if you're reading this, DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS AS YOUR PHARMACY.

If u need photos in the photo department make sure to git Kevin as a clerk. Alwsom service from this guy. He's great a multitasking with other customers.
