went in on Friday 2/23/24 spoke to a lady that was not helpful - told me i had to pay off hubby phone (hooked to my number not his) before i could get myself a new phone. left to think it over. went back about an hour later ready to do business. met a different person, he immediately fixed the hubby issue and proceeded to assist son and i. son asked about trade in - i was told that my xr would pay for my new 15, and son would get 200 allowance for his 11. was not explained how all that would work but hey free phone! turns out he totally wrecked my account, had to spend most of Sunday morning fixing what he messed up. my gut was telling me something wasnt right and it wasnt! changed hubby plan (shouldn't have even touched it), not a free phone only gave me 200 allowance toward my "Free" phone and gave son 400 toward his. and yet there is no actual number to the store to speak with manager about this - goes to the Verizon corp/help line. guess i'll go to the store this week and let manager know his people are liars and dont know what they are doing!

They were able to help me get my new phone activated after I was having issues trying to do it through the Verizon website. The manager helped me out and was super helpful and professional. Overall a very good experience!

Very unfriendly!!! Was told we had to check in upon entering the store. Did not see a sign posted for that. An employee said we’ll be with you shortly so we ask to sit down on chairs. Another employee came up and said we couldn’t sit there because it was for people who had checked in. We didn’t check in because we didn’t know to. And then that employee proceeded to say they’re were 13 people ahead of us and I pined only 4 in the room. They had only been open for an hour or so. That is so unacceptable!!! We will not be goin back there. So sad to get this kind of service !!

My phone was acting up so I got someone to look at the apps n setting. Working well. I wish Verizon would offer something to stop all these ads popping up.

Went with my mother to pick up her upgraded phone. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were there for awhile due to having her content transferred. Lou was assisting us and was checking on us constantly. It was a very friendly environment and almost every employee stopped and talked with us. When it was time to leave, it was pouring down rain. Quentin and Lou insisted on walking us each out with umbrellas to my car. I upgraded my phone with Verizon earlier this week at a different store and the experience was not near as friendly. The staff are great and can't say enough great things about Lou and Quentin. They took customer service to the next level!! Thank you all for taking such good care of my mom.
