Pretty much called me a liar to my face. No longer recommend. Further update in January of 2025!!! I was the Leppard Lady poster, The L inside the circle. Unfair to me due to legal spouse I am divorcing, pawning and leaving merchandise that I didn't know was pawned. They made a killing off of me when I had been paying on mine and keeping in touch. Do not take precious gems for just weight in gold or antique heirlooms! Be aware of SC laws that changed. My ex-husband is a pawnbroker in Greenville and he is appalled.

I have been dealing with upscale pawn for 5 yrs now. Always excellent service . The new owners Andy and his wife are very lovely people. I always get top dollar when needing a loan against my jewelry.

Treated very disrespectfuly. First visit was good. Second visit I was insulted. I have several years of Manager experience in hospitality and customer service and definitely would not recommend.

If you use credit or debit, watch your receipt, cause you won't pay the agreed upon price, it will have plenty of hidden taxes and fees

I bought a blower from this shop that turned out to be broken, and they refused to even give me store credit towards another one. Check to make sure any tools and equipment work before making a purchase here.

They have the best deal on video games and video boxes like Xbox One Xbox to PlayStation 1 2 3 and 4 they have all kinds of games I would check them out before they get sold out

Came in Friday the 22nd to look at guns. Was told it would take close to a week for the sled check cause it was the weekend plus Memorial Day that following Monday. Well they called me early Tuesday morning to inform all was cleared and I was ready for my pick-up. Well when I came in they had all the paperwork ready for me to just pay and go. Well as you can guess a new gun came in and I wanted to exchange. John the gentlemen behind the counter had NO issues with changing me out and explained the whole process to me. Great people. Great buy. They saved me 100's of dollars and threw in an extra clip. Thanks John.
