Loved working here seasonal. I made a few mistakes, but I hope to be considered when a fresh application pops up!

Tried to see if I can get someone to pick up a delivery that was not meant for me. It’s my address but the wrong person on the package. Hopefully they won’t need it cuz I’ve called and called and nothing but an automated system and no way to know what to do. So I’ll have to throw it away. Ridiculous. If there is a person missing a chocolate nutrition shake powder and you by any chance see this, well I tried to get it back to you. These UPS people are a joke!!!

Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Automated answering service will never put you through to a real person. Been to 4 different stores to mail packages using company account just to be told that I need to go to another store, they do not handle accounts. You have to pay and get reimbursed by company. I don't work for the company, therefore I would never get reimbursed. If you're a UPS store branded with the UPS name, why would you be able to access the corporate accounts?

Like many reviewers below, I have had packages make it all the way through the UPS system (even international!) only to make it to this facility in my town and then mysteriously never get delivered to my address. I have open claim investigations that are never resolved. If your shipment goes through here then I am sorry, you probably won't get your package. Thanks for the response- see below:I don't have twitter or facebook, why don't you utilize the normal way of contacting people (phone or email)? Or better yet, just actually deliver my packages that are ALREADY SCANNED IN AT YOUR FACILITY in the first place. I have an open claim right now with all my info on it, please resolve it. All of my contact info is on the form.Happy to call you and chat about it, but all you have posted is your corporate global robo-call number, which is complete garbage. One star review definitely earned.

Well, after many headaches, self induced, I ended up at the McGee location..... And the lights of the heavens shown down upon me as I was finally able to ship this nightmare of a package! I was shipping a couple of Saladmaster items to a buyer in TN. If you know the brand, you know their value! The headache was due to the dollar amount I'd chosen on insurance. It was high therefore I had to take special steps, and I didn't read all the way through those steps (are you getting the "self induced" part now, haha?), so I inadvertently created a major stresser for myself. Anywho, after finding out that this package would have to be opened and checked, it wasn't illegal so I freaked out because I'd so meticulously packaged it with $600k worth of bubble wrap, tape, packing peanuts etc, that I just about had a meltdown. At this point, I was about a week into trying to get it to it's new owner and I was questioning my own sanity! For privacy purposes, we'll refer to the UPS angel as "Sheila". Sheila walked around the counter with her magical handheld device as I cringed thinking of the amount of time it'd actually take to undo my glorious packing job because now, everyone in Anderson, South Carolina decided they needed UPS help too, and the tiny 1.5 person (max capacity) "office area" was filling up! "Sheila" beebopped on over and saw labels all over my package and saw that it was prepaid, and the lights started flickering! From out of nowhere, the Alabama million dollar band's drumline started up, confetti cannons started blasting and helium filled rubber (balloons) filled this tiny office. I was the 1 millionth customer!!!! No, none of that actually happened, but I felt it should as "Sheila" did not have to open the package, and she signed the insurance form and F I N A L L Y, shipping could take place!!!I could've smoked a martini and drank a cigar as I relished in my win over the 16 lb box of shiny stainless and titanium cookware!Thank you, "Sheila". That day you stopped my inevitable plunge into the depths of a liquor bottle, I spelled barrel wrong intentionally, and I'd like to think that your service will be rewarded with enough good karma to last the rest of your life!It was a definite learning experience, but it wasn't quite this bad, and I wasn't really going to become an alcoholic over not reading directions.....y'all need to quit being so judgemental!!!I hope someone that needs a laugh reads this all the way through, and it makes their day.I'll show myself out.

Parking is attrous. Appears employees are parking in front of the door. One customer there and they had parked illegally in the handicap parking to get close to door. I had to park next to the road and make my own parking space. Being handicapped it made my stop more difficult. Employee at the counter was nice but I had to wait on her to finish processing several packages that had just been dropped off.

Not the customer Center - just UPS. Received a notice a signature was required. My husband is home all day and just happened to be at a neighbor's when delivery was attempted. Signed notice and taped it to the door. Husband went NOWHERE for the next week and was home working in the yard on landscaping project. After one week called UPS to find out when to expect delivery. Was told 3 attempts made so we would have to go to customer center to pick it package. Told rep only 1 attempt was made - even if driver missed my husband in the yard, the signed delivery form was on the door...and customer center was an hour away. She spoke to her supervisor - nothing they can do. Really? This is customer service? Nothing you can do about getting a package on a truck? Think I'll stick to the post office

The lady behind the counter went out of her way to meet our shipping need today. She stayed calm and spoke kindly to each and every customer that came in. Thumbs up for exceptional customer service.
