It was my first time ever shipping a package. I was actually shipping my first item that I sold on eBay and it was very easy very convenient the lady explained to me everything I needed to know and it was really an in and out experience. Took less than 5 min. And that was a relief to me because I was super worried that I was going to mess something up or that something was going to happen and it was just going to be so difficult and nerve-wracking but that wasn't the case at all.

My family and I was dealing with the most difficult time of our lives. We needed obituaries made in a timely manner. Joe was able to assist us and had the obituaries done the same day submitted. I am so grateful. Excellent customer service.

I'm the postman that pick up the out going mail and packages from this UPS store five to six times per week. These young ladies consisting of Christy with a C not K,, little McKenzie who looks fourthteen yrs old, along with Gracie the supervisor, then we have Renee and Sirena the Converse chuck Taylor foot wearer's. All have great attitudes, politiness, and professional employees.Those that are regular customers and box holders are always greeted by name as that approach the counter. THEY ARE ALL AWESOME.
