Employee and manager were very rude and unprofessional. The lady over the fraud department yelled at tellers in front of customers because she had forgotten her own password to her computer.She then essentially refused to help with a fraud dispute charge. The employee claimed that the charge was the customers fault when the charge was clearly fraud. When asked for the manager to assist she claimed that the employee “doesn’t normally do that.” The manager then refused to assist and sent us back to the same fraud department employee even when the customer specifically asked for a different person to handle the issue. This was completely unprofessional behavior and they will no longer receive our banking services. United Community please have your employees take training on how to properly help customers.

We’ve been banking with United Community for years. It’s nice to walk in and be known by name not just as an account holder. Thank you to all, at United Community Bank in Anderson, for making us feel like friends every time we come in!

First, I am very unhappy with the impersonal service at the drive through. I had to walk into your office in the cold wintry weather.Also the service inside is very slow. AlsoI ask my balance when I deposit. When I get back to my car no balance was given. This has happen more than once.Yesterday they a teller told me that I did not have a savings. Where have I been putting my money??? Then she found a saving account .I am sorry but after that she put one of my checks in both accounts instead of separating the deposit checks for each different deposit.I really want to use the drive thru instead of a mirrored person.I could hold my banking and drive back to Greenville SC where the service was perfect with even the use of personal service at the drive through.I am getting rather frustrated!

Not really friendly on the inside. I always use the drivethru, it was closed today. I walked in using the first teller, NOT AGAIN !!! IVE HAD AN ACCOUNT SINCE 1993.

If , I, could give them , less I, would, they have three very obnoxious and arrogant individuals behind the counter that they will no effort whatsoever to disguise how repulsive and disgusted they are the minute you walk in, I , have not dealt with them for any banking business yet since , I, still in the process of a construction loan , but since I am, already committed to this bank I, would have no choice , but deal with this fine specimens of the human race, however, the construction loan officer and a Lady at the front desk , conducted themself very professional, but that is not enough to keep me at this branch, this people need to be retrain or fire , stay away from this bank ,life is too short to be wasting time with people like this.

I have been with The Palmetto Bank for 25 years and it was WONDERFUL! Now it's been sold, merged, whatever to United Community and it SUCKS!!! Tried to access my on line account following the instructions they provided... doesn't work. Also, was notified after the fact to print out my account history because it would be deleted. Gee, thanks. I'll me moving my account.
