Katelyn in the salon is fantastic! Such a great experience with her! This is the first time I’ve had my hair done in a long time and she made the whole experience relaxing and comfortable! I’d highly recommend her for your hair!

I also get my hair done regularly by Katelyn and she is the best ! Ever since I’ve been coming here my hair and me have finally made peace after years of fighting. She’s a fantastic stylist and I highly recommend her. Everyone in this store is so nice and helpful.

Well, to be completely honest, Ulta Beauty is amazing!! BUUTTTT....not even a week ago, I go with a friend to Ulta in Anderson..I get some fake nails (really just to get something) lol but then I'm standing next to my friend as she checks out..(not salty..it's the point of the matter!!) she gets offered to apply for I think a discount or something an even if she doesn't qualify, she still gets a free cute little bag with beauty products inside..we went to the same checkout girl an...I was NOT offered this..(and if it has anything to do with me not having or not having a phone # registered....when I checked out I registered mine) well anyway something was wrong with her card so she had to run to car to get another or something..well while I was waiting..an employee was walking into the store to start her shift I'm assuming..she literally passed me as I was LEANING ON THE DUMPSTER DOOR.. smoking a cig in the shade..ya know..CAUSE ITS SUMMER NOW AN OBVIOUSLY HOT STANDING IN THE SUN.. waiting on said friend to come out..an when she did..i was told 12 was be

Went to Ulta Salon as a walk-in.
The wait was short, the check in people were lovely (5 stars for them)
The stylist though: a bit on the "I really don't care what you, the customer wants - I'm gonna just cut your hair the way I want, so I don't have to put a lot of effort in".
Any suggestions I made to get the cut a bit closer to the style I wanted were met with a bit of an attitude, and she grudgingly would half- heartedly snip a little here and there.
The entire session took maybe 45 minutes, my hair looks pretty bad, with nothing even remotely close to how I wanted it done, and, top that off with a $67 pricetag - no styling involved, no product used, no hairstyle I actually wanted from all that.
About 5-10 minutes of my session were spent listening to one of her colleagues griping about their shopping excursion experience - which was awkward as a bystander.
Hopefully I will be able to get this "Lack of style" fixed elsewhere - this one was terrible.
The same service, but with a better outcome has been had from some of the local quick salons - at a third of the price, thrice as nice, and with a better attitude, as well.
If you are going to charge close to $70 for a haircut, you better have a grip on a few different cutting styles and methods.
I definitely will NOT try that stylist or location again - it was a very unpleasant experience, that I do not care to repeat.

Leaha did a great job AGAIN. She listened to what I wanted and executed the cut and style perfectly. She does a wonderful job and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon her since moving here from Illinois. Highly recommend her for highlights and haircuts!

Leaha did a fantastic job cutting and coloring my hair. She was very kind and helpful with product recommendations and I am so happy with the outcome. I started my hair journey with her with long not super healthy plain brown hair and now I have a funky color and cut that fits my personality and feels so much better!
