The lady that does the drive thou is hateful and very slow. It seems like she is the only one that works there never see anyone else. The line inside and out gets long but nobody else comes to help get the line moving.

Tried to cash a check there, it was TD Bank check, they wanted to charge me $10.00 to cash their own check. Absolutely ludicrous! I feel sorry for anyone that uses this bank.

Just got off the phone with an employee asking questions about my account because my APP is NOT working... the lady was very RUDE and upset on the phone.. like she doesnt have the TIME to answer my questions..DISAPPOINTED...Will change banks now.. Due to this UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

Clearly one of these workers has some personal issues going on! Very disrespectful with no regard that I drove over an hour just to come do what I needed to do. Everything was going through fine at first only to be told to come back for an appt tomorrow... I know better! Also, judgment from the staff was totally unprofessional and uncalled for! My relative is too naive to see it but I clearly do!! The vibes I got were unbelievably cold!!#wow

If I could leave no stars, I would. I went to this bank to just make a deposit on my lunch break. Due to the fact that they are not allowing customers inside, I had to sit in the drive thru for all of my lunch break. I was trapped between two cars so I couldn't leave. I was late going back to work. What should have taken maybe 15 minutes took me almost 46 minutes.

Can't walk into cash a check but they are still charging you $10 for convenience fees just cuz you don't have a bank account with them how many bank accounts do I need to open up cross the state just so I can save myself a few bucks and get my money the same day I get paid.

I will never bank here. I waited patiently in line for 20 minutes to make multiple deposits. When I get up to the window I am told we are closed. I was the last person in line and then get turned away. I will take my company business else where since I cant deposit my money there. Thank you for making this choice easy for me and my company.

We have been banking with TD for years. I absolutely love the way they do business. The Anderson branches are second to nobody. I would suggest to anyone to bank with them. Very friendly and always helpful.

The manager at this location is so nice and helpful I was having such a bad day after driving so far out of state and the other branch refused to help me the mgr at this location made sure that she worked with me by asking all methods of ways to proof my identity to be able to help me with my needs. Identify and update my change of address. She asked me for a bill under my new address my lease and 2 ID she was able to assist m . When the other branch didnt even bother by turning me down. The other branch needs some customer service training from this branch I was closing my account but I will keep it now because this manager helped me change that experienc .
