The worst and last experience I’ve had at a Spinx for anything other than gas out of necessity. Waited 20 minutes for my food, asked for a refund and the food came out. Mind I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I wouldn’t have time to eat it anyway, they ask me if I want the food or not before they give me the refund. Absolutely not the whole experience left me shaking with no appetite. This is unacceptable and any business ran like this should not be in business.

Be Careful what you ask a Spinx employeeOn the morning of January 1st 2024, I was wrongfully and unlawfully trespassed by Spinx store #248 in Anderson, SC. I was never asked to leave. An employee called the law on me simply for asking her a question. She obviously took personal and accused me of calling her a racist. She told my wife (not me) she was going to ban me from the store. She didn't like the fact that she had to do her job every time she saw me. According to the law you have to be asked to leave the property before being formally trespassed on paper then if you come back after being formally trespassed on paper then you get arrested for violating that trespass order. On The dating question January 1st 2024 I was never asked to leave the police told me they just didn't want me there no one came out of the store to tell me that I wasn't allowed in the store anymore or the property. By law because the private business is open to the public I have permission to be there until someone tells me I'm not allowed to be there anymore. I actually thought that as I wasn't allowed to be in the store itself not the property I thought it would be okay to pump gas since the machine takes dollar bills or to go wash my car at their car wash. After I was coerced into signing the trespass order the day in question, I went back to go wash my car and I guess they saw me on the video camera washing my car and they called the police and I was forced to turn myself in now I have to go to court for violating and unlawful trespass order for doing nothing but exercising my constitutional right to freedom of speech which is a direct violation and a federal offense against them. That goes to show you the kind of racial profiling that goes on here in the south the employee is Caucasian and I am Hispanic so I was singled out for exercising my rights as a human being and being disrespected in that manner for doing nothing. The risk management guy told me that he was going to do an investigation and that he would get back to me the next day and I still haven't heard from him they won't take my calls at the corporate office I try to reach out to the owner Mr Spinx left messages and still no one has called me back to ask me about the details of what happened that day those are the kind of people who expect to stay in business by treating the people they work for like trash like we're not worth anything they forget then if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't have a job they'd be working somewhere else but that's okay there's a God in heaven who sees everything and eventually it'll all come out to the light and they will be held accountable for their wrongdoings against others. I also informed the Better Business Bureau about this incident. Amen to that.

Owner: Please don't respond to this to call your number to resolve. There is no resolution since it's done and I don't care to discuss. This is simply feedback.I pick up food rather frequently at this store and though wait times can be long, I know that going in so I can't complain. Today I didn't encounter any wait issues, but I did experience something I haven't even thought about since I was a juvenile (I'm FAR north of that nowadays..). I ordered two fried pork chops to go. They were clearly freshly made and when I picked up the first one to take a bite, I noticed underneath a clear slimy liquid substance. There was a good amount of it. I thought a few seconds about what it could be and then I recalled that the server/cook was a young teenage-looking guy that I've never seen there before. I put two and two together, since I was a his age once too - I won't say what I suspect this clear slimy substance was but I will say I'm a bit put off at fast food for the foreseeable future.

I called in at approximately around noon on Sunday New Years eve. I was informed that the earliest that my 25 piece family chicken finger pak wouldn't be ready until 4 pm today. I understood that logic. But when I arrive at 4:50 pm to pick up my order, I was informed that my order had been scratched off. This has happened before on another occasion. I will not be fooled a third time. Maybe you shouldn't be on your first visit to this Spinx on the 28 By-pass in Anderson SC.

Love Spinx. If you use the app and pay through the app you can save money on gas. Also they have deals where you buy certain things each week that get you fuel savings as well.

Well, if you hungry, and need gas, this is the place to stop. They have the best chicken anywhere! Nice and clean chicken. They also sell chicken livers and chicken gizzard. The staff is really friendly, the restrooms are clean. I love it when a gas station has clean restrooms. Stop by there for a visit.

Andrea is basically the only reason I stop at this location. She's friendly & helpful! I get off work at 11:30 and don't mind the extra time it takes every night to get what I need from this location instead of the one above my house simply because of her!!!
