Terrible company. I cancelled service 2 days after the start of a billing cycle and will have to pay the entire next month I will not use. They refused to pro rate the bill and just repeated the same cooperate jargon over and over again. I will be warning all of my family and friends to avoid at all cost working with this company.

I do not recommend spectrum for internet at all. The reason is because I’m moving to a piece of property beside my family that has them and they say I can’t have internet. My home is within 100ft to there’s but I can’t have internet there and they won’t tell me why at all.

Very helpful however I received the wrong router they quickly sent someone out to replace it the very next day I can't I just don't understand why they and Cricket and Charter give all these awesome deals to people who are new but the people that are in good standing and have paid their bills on time in the past they don't get this deals isn't that odd huh?But the lady at charter was extremely helpful as I was looking for a new phone greatly appreciate her.

This is more in reference to Spectrum Mobile itself. I left T-Mobile 2/23 because after 3 years, they still wouldn’t let me upgrade. Spectrum offered a promo & I took it. Immediately, I had issues. My payment was applied to new account rather than old. After 6 months of having been escalated, it was made right. I paid the first bill this month (11/23). Meanwhile, both of my lines have had issues of dropped calls & bad signals. This past weekend, I broke up with them upon being able to go to Verizon. While my bill is a definite jump, I hope it will be significantly more reliable than the experience with Spectrum mobile. I did learn from Verizon that Spectrum is a reseller of theirs. Also, spectrum told me I couldn’t port my number. The rep actually got an attitude with me and told me “you can’t do that.” Verizon got it done.

Gregory came out to set up my internet in a house that I am renting. All of the lines were cut and he went above and beyond to make sure that my service was set up today. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable
