I am so sick of spectrum I still have no Wi-Fi. This is ridiculous and when you call, they have no information they can give you. Haven’t had Wi-Fi since September 27th but they sure are trying to rack up that damn bill

Two days no TV or Internet....one sunny week after the storm and Zuomo still out to lunch 10:30 Saturday morning! Still nothing 51 hours later!
Neighbor has TV with "Cable". So much for "Cut the Chord"!

Everytime that I come here, there's a wait between 30 minutes upto a hour or more depending on the time of day and the number of representatives on hand. Today is Monday, September 15, 2024 and this is my 2nd visit today. I came in about 11:30 am and it was so crowded that I had to turn around and leave. I returned at 12:30 pm and it has been 45 minutes, and I am still on the waiting list at number 6. I am in today because both of my mobile devices that were purchased and placed on a plan last year are malfunctioning. It's like AI from within...seems like someone else is playing on my phone. The other mobile device that I have is not working and needs a new sim card. I have NOT been happy with my mobile service since I switched! I feel that both of my supposedly new (probably refurbished)phones are defective and need to be replaced and/or upgraded. It would be nice to see the service here improve by adding an additional store here in Anderson and having more representatives available to serve.

Would be 5 star but had to help 2 older people figure out the sign in tablet so I could sign myself in. I suggest doing something to help the technologically impaired sign in cause touch screens seem to be quite difficult for some.

Worst in-store service at 100Statio Dr, Anderson. Spectrum employee are intentionally slow. They do not care about customer service. Counted 11 customers waiting for over hour while two employees do their best to drag out contact. Then Walter calls a person up who walked in and obviously a friend . Spectrum store sucks

This store and process is absolutely ridiculous! I came in to exchange faulty equipment and have had to wait behind 6 customers to do that. It’s not only the wait. The staff are chatting endlessly with customers as they wait on them. Also the check in process is discriminatory. I was told I had to check in on a computer and wait to be notified. My phone battery was almost dead as I was not prepared for the wait. What of those who don’t have a smart phone? And elderly people such as myself who are not good with technology. I finally got someone to ask them to simply call my name. They are making a simple process much harder and longer than it needs to be. I am one very unhappy Spectrum customer!

No customers in the store and the workers made us wait 10 minutes before they acknowledged us. Lazy customer service and we will not be back to this location!

Completely TERRIBLE service. Took trips there 2 days in a row, first dayI was told search for the phone I wanted and the female never came back so we left after 30mins of no one helping and today I was told that I had to physically have my license with me when all they require is a government issued ID in which I provided my military ID which had all the information they needed and they refused it and said it had to be my license which is bull…I’ve given that ID multiple times and was given some of the best service at other locations. I guess that black female had a problem with an interracial couple because she had an attitude the moment we approached the desk. I’ll never go back there.

This place is stupid as the phone customer service. Slow and unorganized. To drop off canceled equipment, you wait in a 30 min line instead of a drop box.
