I’ve dealt with Publix, pharmacy my entire life but this is the most unorganized dysfunctional Publix pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with their computer continuously calls me and tells me I have prescriptions ready and then when I show up they told me that I don’t have any refills. I will be forced to switch to a different pharmacy. Unfortunately, it would appear that this Publix is just poorly managed

Let me begin this review by saying that I was a Publix employee for over two years. Not being a spiteful or mean spirited individual I am statingmy observations. There is a day and night difference.between theGreenville Street and Clemson Avenue.stores.Speaking specifically about the delis the cleanlinessbetween the two is 180 degrees I would avoid Greenville Street. The inmates rule the roost andwill not hesitate to berate the managers or otheremployees Even in front of customers. (A.previousreview by a customer will attest to this since I wasthe individual he directed his abuse toward). I showed this to an assistant manager and was toldmy grievance would be addressed Wrong! Nothing was ever done I admit to snapping and saying something out of line I quickly apologized However I seemed to have hurt his delicate feelings and needless to say I was reported tomanagement He found someone to have been awitness However no one heard the interchange I respectively resigned instead of most surely beingfired Lastly having just moved here from the Midwest Imust say I've never experienced racial prejudicedUntil now. And certainly not homophobic. Howeverthings apply at the Publix Greenville Street deli asI have personally experienced.

Pharmacy onlyI have recently had a total knee replacement surgery. My surgeon changed meds and while I realize I'm not the only customer, I was one in severe pain. My father went to pic up meds for 0me and the guy I talked with said 6pm on the pick up time....and cruelly he meant it. My dad watched this bald headed tech place my order on the register and it was filled but not til 6pm did this tech call my name. REALLY PUBLIX...GROW UP

I was erroneously told they would transfer a prescription, and when I merely asked to train their employees better, the pharmacist argued with me. She thought I was complaining that they didn't have the medicine in stock. If she only listened, she'd have understood the problem. The pharmacy tech, Christine, told someone else I was trouble for complaining. Very unprofessional team over here. I record my calls, and the district pharmacy manager said I did nothing wrong. Oops, someone is getting fired.

This shopping trip converted me for life, only Publix for me. Leslie and Anastasia were so helpful, friendly, and even went out of their way to have a conversation with us! 100/10 experience!!!! They need a raise!!

If you charge premium prices for pork I would expect much more from your butchers. $5.99a lb is absolutely obsurd for St. Louis ribs to not trim or the rib tips you should be ashamed for of the crazy meat prices you charge. The “low price” of $15.99 for ribeye is insane you’ve lost a customer who is a former employee stupid prices
