I unfortunately have had to use this pharmacy several times in the past for prescription compounds for special needs cats. I refuse to use them going forward. The pharmacist W. Propp is the only friendly and kind person in this establishment, I will say. Everyone else I’ve encountered has been rude and given attitude to me during every experience. I always get met with an attitude and as if I’m incompetent. Staff is disorganized and clueless on prescriptions and other info. I won’t ever be using them again, I’m tired of the attitudes.

They are great to work with. They are prompt when making the medicine I need. They are all friendly. I Love that you can also get cute gifts or cards there.

I had no idea this place existed. I usually use big namebrand pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens today. My daughter was prescribed amoxicillin. Unfortunately every single pharmacy that I called did not have it. Someone mentioned this store to me so I called them. They had the amoxicillin that my daughter needed, as soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted immediately by a very nice lady. I explained the situation to her and she helped me read on the spot. The pharmacist was also very helpful. When it came time to pay for the medication, the pharmacist himself came out and educated me on the medication, I was completely blown away as I have never been educated on any medication that I've picked up from any other pharmacy before by the pharmacist. As a nurse, I completely respect this and love it.

This was the only pharmacy in at least an hour radius that had the liquid medications required to be mixed to create the med prescribed (one portion is in short supply nationwide). Kudos for saving the day! I have to go back to check out their fabulous gift selection!

Do not shop here! PRICES ARE TOO HIGH, STAFF IF RUDE. DO NOT PAY WITH DEBIT CARD YOU WON'T GET A REFUND. ALL THE SIGNS FOR A REFUND ARE JOT CLEARLY POSTED EVERYWHERE. THE OWNER LEE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN BUSINESS.

We used Propp Drugs for refills for three months after being new to the area. My experience with a small pharmacy where I moved from was almost always positive, so that’s what I looked for in Anderson, too. Every time we refilled meds, something negative happened, they got defensive when asked about it and flat out did not care. This experience was no different. Today when I spoke to the owner, he told me he didn’t have time to argue with me and if I didn’t like their services, I could go somewhere else. WHOA! After the shock wore off, that’s exactly what I did.The pharmacy we transferred to had issues with them, as well. I hadn’t even told the new pharmacy of my experience when he explained what took so long to get our prx profile switched over. But our experiences were very similar and quite unfortunate.I give grace when people make mistakes; we all make mistakes. However, being talked to and treated like we were today and the previous two times we used Propp, is completely uncalled for and unacceptable.

Susan the pharmacist is incredibly rude and also lacks basic knowledge a pharmacist should have. Do yourself a favor and go to a real pharmacy that doesn’t have an out dated system.

After delivering my medication two times a rude lady told me my insurance did not cover their pharmacy anymore. After calling insurance company I was told everything looks good on their end that they must be running it wrong! And that’s what I told Prop a lady got on the phone with the rudest attitude! I would not advise anyone of color to go here!!!!!!
